The Bramold® cutting machine model MCBR-300-PE was designed to make 45° cuts in wood and plastic profiles quickly, accurately and with a perfect finish. It has built-in: dust collection system, pneumatic profile presser, stainless steel diagrammed scales, mobile stop, door opening monitoring system, door lock, main switch, network decompression valve, emergency button, electric two-hand and additional extensions (optional). It also has front pressers, used for cutting tall profiles (optional). It is activated by simultaneously pressing the buttons on the electric two-hand, lowering the pressers and then simultaneously the circular saw blades, ensuring greater agility and safety in production.

– 45° cutting capacity: 8cm high x 7.5cm wide;
– 1.5hp motors;
– equipment includes: 5mm, 6mm and 8mm Allen key, 24/27 open-end wrench;
– left and right extensions included, totaling 150cm on each side, which can be extended to 250cm with the use of additional extensions (optional);
– 01 mobile profile stop, making it easier to use;

– excellent quality pneumatic system;
– structure painted with epoxy paint, providing a better finish and longer service life for the equipment;
– internal lighting;

– for better quality when cutting profiles, use original Bramold® circular saw blades;
– has power supply voltage of 220 single-phase, 220 three-phase and 380 three-phase.
With the mobile profile stop, the operator can place more than one measurement simultaneously on the equipment, thus ensuring greater productivity in the use of the equipment.

Mechanical protection system when the top cover is open, in addition to a coded key to prevent the equipment from being activated.
