The Bramold® MCBR-300-PL cutting machine was designed to make 45° cuts in wood and plastic profiles quickly, accurately and with a perfect finish. It has a built-in dust collection system, pneumatic profile presser, stainless steel diagrammed scales, mobile stop, door opening monitoring system, door lock, main switch, network decompression valve, emergency button, electric two-hand and additional extensions (optional). It is activated by simultaneously pressing the buttons on the electric two-hand and one of the pedals with which you want to make the cut, lowering the pressers and then the saw blade on the side where the pedal was pressed, thus ensuring less profile loss during the cut.

– 45° cutting capacity: 8cm high x 13.9cm wide;
– 1.5hp motors;
– equipment includes: 5mm, 6mm and 8mm Allen key, 24/27 open-end wrench;
– left and right extensions totaling 150cm on each side, which can reach 250cm with the use of additional extensions (optional);
– 01 mobile profile stop, facilitating its use;

– structure painted with epoxy paint, providing a better finish and longer useful life to the equipment;
– internal lighting;
– for greater quality in cutting profiles, use original Bramold® circular saw blades;
– has a power supply voltage of 220 single-phase, 220 three-phase and 380 three-phase.
With the mobile profile stop, the operator can place more than one measurement simultaneously on the equipment, thus ensuring greater productivity in the use of the equipment.
